Hi everybody today I was at the clinic for my dad [he had an appt.} and a customer that usually comes into the store I work at was there and he called me over to him and said wow you sure have lost alot of weight. I said yes I have. He asked then if I had been sick I just said no I've just been working very hard at it. He then said you look great , I really felt good about that. So far I've lost about 70 pounds. yeh me. I hope I keep going my daughter is getting married in August of this year and I want a little size dress. lol. I'm in a reg size 18 now no more plus sizes. Ok talk at you later. Betty

yes it is. my daughter hasn't seen me for a couple of months and I saw her on monday and she said wow you are looking skinny. I just said yeh right. my mind doesn't see a skinny person. at all.
