Are you eating protein dense foods? Eating carbs increases your craving for more carbs. Protein dense foods will keep you satisfied longer. Also, try drinking more water.
I've had a few days where it seemed like I'd eaten a horse, but when I logged everything into fitday, I'd barely eaten 700 calories.
