Dizzy? Thanks to all

Just a quick thanks to everyone *****plied to my first post about my dizzy head. No answers yet, but I'm leaning toward slight dehydration. Got to get my fluids in!!! every day!! Anyway, thanks for all of your suggestions. I just love this site and forum and everyone here. God bless all of you, Kimberly

Yes fluids are important. I became dehydrated shortly after surgery, was dizzy, lightheaded and my blood pressure went way down. Keep up the liquids.
