I just got back from the gym...20min on the elliptical, 20 min on the treadmill and some arm weight lifting. Whew! I'm tired TGIF, so get out there and move!!! Have a great weekend too. --Dana

Hi Reneka, Thanks for posting over the past few days. My progress is shameful this week. I will get back on track tomorrow, but it won't be enough to meet my week goal. But everybody has bad weeks, so I will not stressout over this. I will get it together and keep it moving. Keep up the good work ladies. TTYL, Shanell

I feel like garbage today I am fighting off either a sinus thing ..or.. the start of the flu. Today... I just rested.. all day. Hope I feel better in the morning.. if I do I will be walking! Kim
