Goals: 5 days/week for at least 25 minutes
**Progress**
2/6: Break due to injury
2/7: 25 minutes of strength training
I'm going to apologize right now, because I haven't been as encouraging as I was last week. This is a CRAZY week for me and I just come online for a few minutes and then I'm off again. I hope you all are doing well.

ive not been able to get to the gym like i wanted too but i been majorally cleaning house like crazy. does that count?
2/6 break
2/7 heavy cleaning 30 mins at least
2/8 heavy cleaning and moving appliances 1 hour at least
gonna try to go for a walk tomorrow to get some actual exercise but have a major apt inspection coming on friday so i have more cleaning to do. it doesnt help i have ocd of cleaning so i freak out bout cleaning too,

Went to the gym again today, so 3 days in to the week and I've met my goal of at least 3 days at the gym!
Goal: exercise 5 days/week at least 3 at the gym
Done:
Mon - 30 min on treadmaster (the cross between the treadmill and the stairmaster - it's a killer! Like walking in sand). Some arm weight lifting
Tues - 20 min on elliptical machine, 25 min on treadmill and some leg weight lifting
Wed - 40 min on elliptical
Off to a good start!!
