Greetings,
I hope you all are moving forward with your goals. Last night I didn't workout because my leg has been hurting for a few days. I felt like I should take a break, but I plan to do something tonight.
How is everyone else doing?
Also, if anyone else wants to start the post in the morning, please do so. Sometimes I can't get to the boards too early.

I just got back from the gym, so that's 2 times this week! I work out so much better there than at home.
I hope your leg feels better Shanell! Don't let it get you down...you're on the right track and once it feels better you'll get going again. But at the same time, don't do so much that you make it worse! Can you just do arm stuff if your leg is still acting up?

I finally made it to the gym tonight for a 1/2 hour on the treadmill.
I got fed up today with how things are going. I've only lost 1 lb. in the last two weeks and every night lately, I've had other obligations that have kept me from taking care of me. I got REALLY upset about it today and cancelled every after work commitment on my calendar for next week so I could focus on me.
So, 8 days into the No Excuse Exercise Challenge, I finally took the first step towards my week 1 goal.
