No Excuse Exercise Challenge Day 7

OK Ladies, today is the final day to end this challenge on a positive note. Yes, I know it's Superbowl Sunday, but just find a little block of time to work off any extra calories you might consume today. Today is the last day for me to meet my goal and I'm so excited about sticking to the routine this past week.
Does anyone want to continue with a second week? I do. Talk to me and let me know what your goals are for the second week, starting tomorrow.
**Goal: Exercise 20 minutes/day, 5x/week**
Progress:
1/30 - Elliptical 20 minutes; weight training (upper body) 10 minutes.
1/31 - Elliptical 20 minutes;
2/01 - Break
2/02 - Elliptical 10 minutes; weight training (lower body) 10 minutes.
2/03 - Break
2/04 - Walked 3 miles off and on for about 1 1/2 hours.
