No Excuse Exercise Challenge Day 5

Hi All,
I'm posting this tonight so I can sleep in tomorrow morning. I was so tired tonight, but instead of going to bed early, I decided to exercise. Now I can jump in the and get a good night's .
If we didn't have this challenge going on, I don't think I would have motivated to exercise tonight. So, I thank all of you who are participating, because it's encouraging to me too. Keep up the great work ladies!!!
**Goal: Exercise 20 minutes/day, 5x/week**
Progress:
1/30 - Elliptical 20 minutes; weight training (upper body) 10 minutes.
1/31 - Elliptical 20 minutes;
2/01 - Break
2/02 - Elliptical 10 minutes; weight training (lower body) 10 minutes.
I worked all day and now i am exhausted
But today I decided while i was at work I would take the stairs instead of the elevators... parked far away... walked everything to every department instead of calling transport.. yeah i'd say over the course of the day I got some excerise in!
Tommorrow... some sort of cardio activity!
