No Excuse Exercise Challenge Day 3
Alright...
I have been watching the exercise Challenge and gotta tell ya, EXERCISE is my biggest challenge on this journey.
I went back (like in over a year BACK) to the gym on Tuesday evening and walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes straight! That was a huge accomplishment since before WLS I couldn't do 10 minutes without stopping. I also did stretching and a little weight training; total about 40 minutes.
I'm still hampered by my shoulder injury, but now that I know it's going to be a loooonnnnng time before it is truly healed, I'm going forward with what I CAN do.
Yesterday... well, I walked FAST when I could across the building during my multiple trips back and forth.
Today... working 10 hours and then straight to support group. Probably won't get in too much. Better chances tomorrow and this weekend!
