I had a disco sweat date with Richard Simmons this morning that went fairly well after I dusted a bunch of dust off the video tape! Just about 45 minutes and I have 2 tell you... my legs are already feeling it.
Now I have a date 2 soak in a hot tub!

Good for you Kim. Aerobic activity for 45 minutes is awesome.
I hope you enjoyed your soak in the tub. After that workout, you deserve to relax.

I LOVE Richard Simmon's Sweatin' to the Oldies. That was the first think I dug out after I lost enough weight to get up and get going!

So, now that you have met your goal so early in the week, will you try to exceed it?
Walked for 45 minutes pushing a stroller today! Walked 1.5 hours on Monday. 2 days this week, at least 3 more to go (for exercise that is). Woo hoo!
