This is a good thing! I walked 3 miles yesterday. I want to walk at least 3 miles every other day, and at least 1 mile on the other days. Thank you for doing this. God bless you, Annette

Ok I picked out an excerise video and had a 45 minute aerobic workout. Tommorrow... same thing. Annette... way 2 go! Walking is the best if it was warmer I would be out there also! Kim

I want honesty points, too! No exercise for me yesterday. Unless of course packing all of the clothes I cleaned out of my closet into to boxes and taking them to the post office to ship to another OH member counts. I did actually start to break a sweat once, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't make it exercise. Today isn't looking much better. I'm in the midst of a full day at the office and this evening, I'm meeting a friend from Dallas in Austin for dinner. It's a three hour round trip drive, so unless I do some late late night exercise, it's not looking good. Congrats to everyone that is moving! Keep up the good work and give me the inspiration I need to get moving. Blessings, Jennifer 253 / 200 / ???

Hi Jennifer, Well, you said your goal was to exercise 4x a week, so you still have time to meet that goal. But don't stress out over it, just try to find some time over the next five days to workout. Maybe you can exercise first thing in the morning? What do you think about that?

diva, 1-30 i exercised for 40 mins yesterday. 1-31 i exercised for 20 mins today yay so far im meeting the goal. lisa
