No Excuse Exercise Challenge
I'M IN!!!!
I joined a health club and went 6x a week for the first couple weeks. Then it was 5x. Now I'm slacking to 4x, and last week it was only 3!!!! I'm going tonight, doing 30 minutes on the treadmill, and 30 minutes of strength training. This weekend will be cardio, and Monday is AQUAEROBICS! (My favorite thing to do at the gym). Anyone ever try belly dancing??? I think i'm gonna pick that up, as the instructor is a fata$$ like me!!! *grin*
I can relate to another poster, she said she usually only goes to the gym when her hubby goes. Usually when mine doesn't go, I don't go either. That's horrible!!! What's not so horrible, however, is that since I got the surgery he's lost 35 lbs, and went from a size 46 to a 42. I'm so proud of him!!!
