No Excuse Exercise Challenge

Hi All , I've been struggling to exercise more than twice a week. So I came up with a challenge for myself. It's the "No Excuse Exercise Challenge". The goal for me is to exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes at LEAST five days a week. The week starts on Monday. Does anyone want to join me? I thought I would put it out there in case anyone else needs some encouraging. We can post our progress once a day in one thread. Each morning I will try to post a summary of each persons progress so we can see how we are all doing. Let me know what your goals are and let's support one another. Have a great day!!!

diva: i would love to join u in this challenge. i really need to get off my butt and exercise!!! my goal for the 1st week will be to exercise 20 mins 3 times this week. more if i can get it in. ill post daily when i see ur posts to let u know how im doing. thanks for the challenge!!!! and good luck to u lisa -40 lbs -60.5 inches

Count me in! I've grown too dependent upon my husband exercising with me and have found the weeks he's traveling for his job (which is 2-3 / month), I don't get enough exercise. My goal for this week is to get 30 minutes or more 4x. Have a great day! Jennifer

Yes, something is better than nothing. When I started the elliptical three weeks ago, I could only do 1 1/2 minutes at a time. Now I can do 15 minutes straight. You have to start somewhere. Good luck, you can do it!
