No Excuse Exercise Challenge

Hi All ,
I've been struggling to exercise more than twice a week. So I came up with a challenge for myself. It's the "No Excuse Exercise Challenge". The goal for me is to exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes at LEAST five days a week. The week starts on Monday.
Does anyone want to join me? I thought I would put it out there in case anyone else needs some encouraging. We can post our progress once a day in one thread. Each morning I will try to post a summary of each persons progress so we can see how we are all doing.

i would love to join u in this challenge. i really need to get off my butt and exercise!!!
my goal for the 1st week will be to exercise 20 mins 3 times this week. more if i can get it in.
ill post daily when i see ur posts to let u know how im doing.
