small favor

I had my surgery on 11/29/2005 , and I need a small favor could you all say a prayer for me that the problem I am going thru at 6 weeks post op, is nothing major.....I have been given a script for some meds to try, and am having my gallbladder checked next week... Dr. says it could be my stoma needs strecthed or the gallbladder, or possibly maybe something I have eaten just didn't agree....who knows at this point. Personally I think it is nothing major but the dr doesn't want to risk anything...and the best news of all I am down 60lbs....:dnace: Thank you all my second family....God bless

Good Luck Susan!! I'm sure everything will be fine. I'm on the gallbladder pills too. I feel like a human drug store. Too many pills to count and on top of all my vitamins and stuff I have strep throat so I'm on antibiotics too. Your doing awesome!! 60 lbs in 6 weeks is great. I'm 50 lbs in 8 weeks!!!

I weighed myself 5 times and then had my husband do the same and I about passed out, I was so happy to see that I have gone down that much.... Here's the thing, this doesn't mean I will keep this up.Stalls and all....that really blows...However thanks for the prayers, and I too really believe that whatever is going on at the moment with my poor pouch is something very minor... I appreciate you! thanks!

Susan... surgery sister (we had surgery on the same day!) Congratulations on your success so far. It's NEVER easy, but just keep going. I will definitely pray for you and the doctors that all is well with your gall bladder/stoma/and pouch. Take care and keep us informed. Tammy
