Katrina, Congrtas on 52lbs lost. I had my surgery on 11/18 too and am down only 35. I wish you continued success. keep up the good work!

Thank you for the congrats. I may be cheating though because I am going by the weight that I left the hospital at. Right before I walked out the door they brought in the scale. I decided to go with that weight because I still had to loose it. Right before surgery I weighed 274. I was not sure which one to go by so my family helped me decide to go with the weight I left the hospital. Since we had surgery the same day, can you tell me what you can eat right now and if you get sick alot? Thank you Katrina
