Just wondering what we have tried this week....what worked? What didnt work? What did you love and what can you share with us???
I tried a cucumber/ tomato/ fresh Mozz salad drizzled with olive oil and vinagar.... it was sooooooooooo good!!!!! It sat fine which make me very happy
I tried a Weigh****chers SmartOnes and it was sooooooo YUMMY!!!!!!
I had 1/2 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner.........
CANT WAIT TO HEAR WHAT YOU ALL ARE EATING!!!

I added a snack that I have seen posted on the main board and boy was it yummy! It's Hormel Turkey Pepperoni slices--you microwave them between paper towels for one minute and boy are they crispy! I have been eating them with cottage cheese, but the possibilities are endless.
17 pepperoni slices (1oz) has 80 cal, 4 g fat, 7 protein, 0 carbs
Also I am loving the Soy chips, that I also found out about on the main forum. I got the BBQ flavored and I felt in heaven!!

Wow Salad sat well! Now that is encouraging... I want a salad but am afraid to try one. The least it would do is come back up. I love SMART ONES to had one for lunch but it took me about 3 hours of nibbling on it to get it down ... Bought some pepperoni cause I keep hearing how good it is when its zapped... I usually eat the ususal fare of safe foods soups (no chunks) cottage cheese... string cheese ... smoked salmon ... broiled fish... on a stall right now but the nice thing is no matter how discouraged I get i cannot go back to my "old ways" of just going oh well whats the use ... physically impossible and THAT I LOVE!

Yesterday I ate:
For breakfast:
1 protein shake made with, 1 scoop whey vantage extreme vanilla protein
powder, 8 oz's. skim milk, and 1/2 of a 5" banana.
For lunch:
1 meatless meatball from veggiepatch, it was really good and tasted like a real meatball.
1 spinach nugget,also by veggie patch also very good.
and mustard for dipping.
For snack:
1 light stringcheese
For dinner:
1oz of steamed boneless, skinless chicken breast. W/
4 carott slices and 1 broccoli floweret mixed w/
1/2 oz. carb options alfredo sauce. Yummy
For snack:
8 oz's. skim milk
1 scoop extreme vanilla whey vantage protein powder mix,
4 oz's. light'n fit carb control yogurt (strawberry),
All mixed together in the blender. Remind's me of "strawberry bunny milk"
All of that and I still didn't get my calories in~but I came close for a change!
Today I had the same stuff except for the meatless meatball, and the spinach nugget. I also ate 5 cashews, they made me verry sick. I was dry and at the same time. My heart was pounding and I felt shaky, Then I felt really . I think I dumped for the first time, not sure though. I am sure that I will never eat nut's again!

i been eating mostly cheese, eggs & salads. they r safe for me right now til i get my scope done next week. o and i eat alot of sf popcicles too. every now and then ill have some chicken or turkey and i cant do red meat(learned the hard way) o last nite i did have a slice of salsbury 'steak'---(box dinner) and it stayed down so that was good.
wish me luck with my scope-- im really kinda dreading it. never had 1 b4.
