Poll Question
I had mine 11/7, and down 37.5 lbs as of 3 days ago. I have to stop weighing myself everyday (or more! ). I think I'm slow, too. I've started looking at what I'm eating, and can see some room for improvement. Stopped with the mashed potatoes and crackers. I wouldn't have much, but seems to make a difference. Also, I just can't stand that skim milk with my protein drink, so I use 2%. Tried skim for almost 3 weeks, and had to gag that stuff down. I wonder if the fat and carbs there are holding me back a little.
Keep it up! It WILL come off - some of us just might be a little slower. It seems some people do stall out a little. I wouldn't worry too much!
Hi Paula,
I weigh on a daily basis and since January rolled around I'm keeping everything documented on a calendar right above the scale. I had my surgery on November 9 and to date have lost 43#'s I feel I'm losing slowly, but hey it is a loss and I am so thnkful for that!! You're doing great so keep up the good work.
Take care,
Anita
Hi Paula,
I had the OPEN RYN on Nov. 23rd. Yesterday I was out 6 weeks and I lost 40 lbs. That is not because of anything that I did..cause I've had complications with a blood clot and everything that goes with that. I have done zero exercise..except to go to the bathroom..too bad I'm gonna have to WORK the tool to get the rest of my results.
Hugs to all,
Virginia aka Ginger
