i can belly sleep!!
I've always been a belly sleeper, but the past year was almost impossible! Always hurts my lower back. But I've been doing it too, lately, and haven't noticed any pain!!! Know what else? I can actually lay on my couch comfortably! Not quite there yet, but at least I don't hang over anymore! And I have more of a lap!!!!! And I can put one leg across the other to put on my socks - I used to have to sit on the bed and turn sideways (still do - habit!!)!! This is so exciting!!!!!!!!!
I don't belly sleep (I love sleeping on my right side) but I can turn onto my back without suffocating myself. I don't think I have sleep apnea anymore. My family says they don't hear me snoring. I don't have headaches anymore. Yea!! I have to go for another sleep study next week to determine if I still have sleep apnea before they will let me stop using and charging me for my CPAP through insurance which I haven't used since surgery. But I have laid on my belly on the bed lately and was happy that it didn't hurt or my back didn't hurt!
