Hi Bethany I don't have a recipe for pork chops in the crockpot, but my DH makes a wonderful pork chop recipe baked in the oven layered with Stovetop stuffing. Just put a layer of prepared stuffing in a baking dish. Sear the chops quickly on a hot skillet (both sides). (this keeps in the juices) Lay the chops on the stuffing and top with the remaining stuffing. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes if you want the stuffing to be slightly crusty. The chops are always so soft and tender and flavorful. You can even have a nibble or two of the stuffing. I usually have cottage cheese with mine. Hope this helps. Happy New Year, Kimberly

Take 4 porkchops and place in botttom of crock pot. The thinkly slice some onions andsprinkle them over the top. Then take a can of cream of something soup(the original reciepe I had for this call for mushroom but I dont like mushroom so I used Chicken). Then used about 3/4 can of water and sprinkle w/ pepper. Cook on low overnight about 8 hrs. It turns out soooo good!! so moist!
