Yay!!!

The scale finally started moving again. I'm finally under 300lbs. 298 to be exact. Thats 30.5 lbs in 1 month. Yay!!!!! and I'm getting my treadmill today.

Awesome Nicole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had surgery the same week!!! time flies and I cant believe it almost been a month!!!! I still have trouble with protein shakes.......blah...... Otherwise Im down 26 lbs and feel great!!! Lets keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the best Christmas present ever!!!!
