27lbs. lost in 28 days

Hi all, I'm 4 weeks out and went to my pcp today. I've lost 27 lbs in the 28 days since surgery. I've not been able to do any walking because my knee is so bad and I'm now supposed to wait 2 more weeks to start swimming or doing weights. I'm calling the orthepedic surgeon tomorrow to schedule my initial appointment for the knee replacement. He's booked about 5 months out so I'll be well recovered from my wls by then. One of the hoops to jump through for the knee surgery is at least 1 round of synvisc injections and I've had 2 rounds on this knee. No need to reply. Way to go Didi, We had our surgery on the same day. I am down 22lbs since surgery 37 lbs since I started the process. Good luck with the knee surgery! Sheila
