I am sorry that you are seeing this slow change as well. But what I am now trying to set my mind on is that it is a change and for the better. Good things come to those who weight. no pun intended Any way AS I have seen in my past that getting below 200 pd. for me is somthing I have struggled with for years. I would go to the gym and work out and get to 200pds and stop.And this has been the same even with WLS. It is just somthing to know that my body has a place it wants to stay and will fight me all the way. I am putting my trust in God and pushing on. I know this will work for you we just have keep working on it and our minds. God Bless Elaine
