Glad to be home!

Yes, I was pretty dopey. It wasn't like real sleep, it was more like being paralyzed. I just laid there. Like suspended animation. Really weird. My pain went down pretty rapidly so I was up brushing my teeth etc the same day. I'm relaxing, just puttering around the house. Life is good. Thanks for taking the time to send me a line.

Hi all, had my Lap done on Monday and came home Wednesday. Does anyone else have incredible gas still? How is the pain? I am sleeping in a recliner. Most of my pain is when standing, feels like I can't stand up straight. I would love to compare battle stories LOL Good luck to us all, I am sure it'll be worth it.-Heather

I have been home since wednesday. I have been doing fine, just tired of the liquid phase. I not in any pain. I dont have to take sips, no is my new stomach very sensitve. I have eaten sf popicles and water (room temp and cold) ensure plus and low carb slim fast. I think that I may not be getting enough water in but I'm working on that. I;m getting stir crazy in the house so hopefully I'm gonna break out on tuesday. Other that those things everythings all good. ps, I did send for a new scale and I lost 12lbs in the first 4 days! So glad to hear from you. I've got very little pain too. Just a headache that seems to come in the afternoon. I'm getting around pretty well, just hanging out around the house. Took a short trip to the grocery store with my son driving yesterday. It wore me out and I was glad to get home again. Thanks for the update.

PS: WOWWWWEEEE--that's great about the weight loss! Way to go. I'm scared to weigh.... Congratualtions!
