Surgery on Monday!!

Bring a pillow with you, and something to help wipe yourself with, i had OPEN VBG on November 1st and those are the 2 things i wish i had taken with me, they want you to cough as much as you can and holding your own pillow from home helpes.. i had to use a hospital pillow, (just not the same) and once i finaly was able to have a BM (day 3) i so wish i had some help in that department.. the gass is horrible but soo worth it. How long did it take you to feel like you were back on your feet again? Take care my surgery is also tomorrow Monday 11/21 with Dr. Weber in Seattle, Washington I have a lot of people praying for me and feel very confident that all will go well. Take care and let me know how you are doing now. Angie
