Arrived Monterrey Today -- The Big Day!

We arrived in Monterrey last night and awakened early this morning to prep for a colon screening ...to be followed later by the surgery. I am very excited about the surgery...and plan for a walk around the plaza tomorrow after returning from the hospital. The downtown Monterrey area is beautiful! Hope to take in the Glass Museum (Museum de Vitrio) in a couple of days. If I remember correctly, there is also a very old cathedral near the plaza. Wish me luck!
