Hi Kam, I went to my doc for pre-op orders today. I was down 1.2 lbs--I've been doing Atkins since last Friday. I am all set to go on 11/18. I am getting sort of nervous. Having surgery on the 18th also. Just starting to get ready. I order protein samples from vitalady and bought chewable vitamins. Also got a sippy cup and baby utensils at the nutritionist's suggestion. Since my doc keeps his patients in the hospital about 4 days, my hubby will buy some of the other stuff I need while I'm in the hospital....if it's not stuff we keep on hand anyway. The doc gave us a shopping list, so it should be easy for DH to get anything I might need. The house is a wreck...full of furniture. But we'll be having a yard sale next weekend and anything that doesn't sell goes to charity or the dump. That should help clear it out so I can do the last minute cleaning. Starla
