Hi Stephaine Yeah, I need to do the liquid diet too, but I think I'm one of the lucky ones, I only have to do it for two days sunday and monday. I have to drink that nasty drink to clean me out the day before surgery at noon. I could continue to drin****il midnight and then that it. It hasn't been all that hard. I've been drinking a lot of Nectars caribbean cooler pretein and it really tastes good. I also have had a lot of chicken broth, water and crystal light sunrise. I think I'm just so excited that the liquid diet hasn't bothered me, plus my brother had his RNY just 12 days ago and I'm trying to keep him on track so I drink the same things he does, so this helps.
