Surgery comparison info

Sorry to post about this site again... but people keep making requests... Because of people with surgeries other than RNY requesting it... I have put info about Duodenal Switch and Lapband on my site. I also put an (I hope) easy to read/understand comparison chart showing the basic differences between the surgeries (as I understand them -- and I had those folks review their surgery info).
