I have one also, Nov. 7th

Everyone please join me while I do the happy dance. After a very frustrating day at the surgeons office yesturday (due to my lost chart and a very unprofessional secretary), I was called today and I have a date for Monday, Nov. 7th. It's funny how they give you a date without submitting everything to insurance for approval, but I'm hoping they know what they are doing. I go for my pre-operating tesing (ekg, bloodwork, and chest extra) on Tuesday, Oct. 25th. I'm wondering if this pre-operating testing is as good as medical clearance, but I'm just going to have to do more homework on the subject. As soon as I'm approved, I shall let you all know. I'm having lapband surgery the same day. That was just a better choice for me. And I've already done all my pre op work except for meeting with the anestheologist (since I have sleep apnea) and I'll see him November 1st. Good luck to you. Here's to a whole new way of life. La Wanda
