Cold hands
Hi
I am just a little over a year out and I continue to be much colder than the average person. If I am not that cold then my hands continue to be as cold as ice. This is not always a sign of low iron. I met someone at the surgeon's office who had WLS over 4 years ago and she still gets very cold. This woman also had no vitamin deficiencies. I had my blood work done last week and have not gotten any results back. Originally my surgeon said the coldness was due to our bodies had to re-regulate. How long does that take? I don't know. Good Luck!
