Okay, I'm nervous...
Over the past three weeks the scales show I have gained five pounds! This scares me!!! I didn't go through all this to have the weight creep back on. Has anyone else had this happen? Did the weight come off again? Any suggestions?
I'm writing down everything that goes into my mouth and I'm making sure to drink all my water. I'm not exercising as far as going to the gym, but I am moving - spring cleaning and painting the inside of my house so I'm not sedentary.

I have gained back 13 pounds. I have to constantly remind myself to eat healthy so that my weight will go back down. Then, I get comfortable- and I put the weight back on. today is my one year anniversary. I have been fluctuating between these 13 pounds gain and lost a little and gained it back and forth since July. It is important that we constantly stay on top of our eating behaviors to make sure it doesn't turn into a lot of weight gained.
Peggy;
Yes it's possible to regain. Some surgeons feel it's normal to have up to 10% bounceback weight.
Most at goal allow themselves a 5 lb. range. For instance 140-145, but if they get above 145, they star****ching things more closely. I bounce between 147 and 150 regularly, but if I get above 150, I start using fitday.com again to keep things in check.
It is possible to lose the weight. Go back to basics. Focus on protein, water, exercise and vitamins and you can take it off.
Blessings,
Jennifer
