1 year surgiversary

Hey fellow November surgery friends...I am 1 year out today. I started at 321 pounds and am down to 197. I would like to have made my goal of 150-160 but it will come. I am going to make some changes next week and hopefully jump start my weightloss. Congratulations to everyone else who has made it this far. This surgery has given me life back. I am no longer on any blood pressure meds, my cholesterol is normal and I can breathe so much better. I would do this again in a heart beat. Beth George Pelham, AL
