Vitamin question

I got rid of the Potassium, Cranberry, Cinnamon, B complex, and the B6. What a difference, my entire day doesn't revolve around vitamins. lol

Hi Amanada, Here is what I take and though it may seem like a lot I only take them once in the AM and then once in the PM and I feel great so I don't mess with it. My labs were good @ 6 months too. The inconvenience is worth it for me. But it sounds like you spread out the times you take yours so maybe consolidating that part would make it easier. Total per day.. 1 B sublingul 1 B Complex 4 dry A/D's (Twin Labs) 4 dry D's (Twin labs 2 Calium (Citrical) 2 Multi vitamins 2 Biotin (added this myself after the hair loss started) 2 Omega 3's (Orange creamsicle flavored are the BEST!) I love cinnamon sticks so I use them as a snack food so there is no need for the meds. Good luck you have done so well so far! Can you believe it? It will be our one year anniversary so soon.
