Ok so now im on the right day. lol
Today got in my 3 mile run dont have as much energy this week and I realized I havnt been taking my b12 or my vitamins. duh!!! Plus with company here i didnt eat as well as I normally would. so back on track today. also havnt done my sit ups etc. so I better get on the ball! Keep up the hard work yall!!!!

Im glad i could kick someone in the butt! lol Time to get moving again! For me if I want to get to goal I got to stay moving...... and take my vitamins and b12. You may want to look into the quick disolve tabs for b12 they taste much better lol. See you on here tomorrow reporting your walk!?

Losin' it today. I had planned on tonight off to attend support group, but ended up having to bake 300 flamingo shaped sugar cookies instead for a charity event I'm co-chairing on Saturday.
I think I'm going to get up early tomorrow to work out as I've got to drop my car off for service after work and then I have to frost said sugar cookies.

Im amazed that yall can work out after work. I would just want to come home and chill with the family. Thats why I have to do it in the morn otherwise it would never happen.
There is also no way I could make that many cookies and not have a taste. You must stay strong! only have one.. lol I must be in a silly mood tonite. happy cookie making hope your charity does well
