Ok so now im on the right day. lol Today got in my 3 mile run dont have as much energy this week and I realized I havnt been taking my b12 or my vitamins. duh!!! Plus with company here i didnt eat as well as I normally would. so back on track today. also havnt done my sit ups etc. so I better get on the ball! Keep up the hard work yall!!!! Leann 235/139.5/125

Im glad i could kick someone in the butt! lol Time to get moving again! For me if I want to get to goal I got to stay moving...... and take my vitamins and b12. Losin' it today. I had planned on tonight off to attend support group, but ended up having to bake 300 flamingo shaped sugar cookies instead for a charity event I'm co-chairing on Saturday. I think I'm going to get up early tomorrow to work out as I've got to drop my car off for service after work and then I have to frost said sugar cookies. Blessings, Jennifer

Im amazed that yall can work out after work. I would just want to come home and chill with the family. Thats why I have to do it in the morn otherwise it would never happen. There is also no way I could make that many cookies and not have a taste. Well, Michael and I work out together and we don't have children, so that is part of our family together time. Plus, I'm the opposite. I like my bed too much. The last thing I want to do is get out of it and work out. I can do it once in a while, but not regularly. Blessings, Jennifer
