Wk 2 Day 7: No Excuse Exercise Challenge

Hi all,
Well today is the last day of the challenge. I hope all of you have met or exceeded your goal.
This week will be pretty busy for me, so I won't be able to post as much. However, I plan to continue with my exercise routine. Good luck to all of you and I hope you continue to keep those bodies moving.
GOAL: 1 HOUR Elliptical @ higher intensity & 30 minutes walking, 4 days this week.
PROGRESS:
Day 1: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour & Walked 30 minutes
Day 2: Walked 30 minutes
Day 3: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour & 10 flights of stairs up & down
Day 4: Well, I planned on working out, but other things came up. I did walk for 15 minutes. Oh well, I still have a few days to meet my goal for the week.
Day 5: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour, walked around the mall for a few hours.
Day 6: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour
Day 7: Nothing

Well I meet last weeks goal--swimming 1 hour five days, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen this week. First off, the pool will be closed three days for the annual cleaning; second, it is a tough week at work, and third, I am stuffy from allergies and in a foul mood. But at least all the stars are lining up to conspire against me just this week. Maybe next week all will be well again!
