Wk 2 Day 6: No Excuse Exercise Challenge

Hi all GOAL: 1 HOUR Elliptical @ higher intensity & 30 minutes walking, 4 days this week. PROGRESS: Day 1: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour & Walked 30 minutes Day 2: Walked 30 minutes Day 3: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour & 10 flights of stairs up & down Day 4: Well, I planned on working out, but other things came up. I did walk for 15 minutes. Oh well, I still have a few days to meet my goal for the week. Day 5: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour, walked around the mall for a few hours. Day 6: Not sure yet? Goal: Workout at gym 4x for at least 1 hour Well, I more than made this goal this week. My schedule opened up nicely and my daughter ended up being at friends' alot, so I had extra workout time. Today I did 2 hours and it was a good workout. Christine
