Wk 2 Day 5: No Excuse Exercise Challenge

Hi all
Friday is my off day and I plan on sleeping in, so I figured I better submit this post tonight.
GOAL: 1 HOUR Elliptical @ higher intensity & 30 minutes walking, 4 days this week.
PROGRESS:
Day 1: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour & Walked 30 minutes
Day 2: Walked 30 minutes
Day 3: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour & 10 flights of stairs up & down
Day 4: Well, I planned on working out, but other things came up. I did walk for 15 minutes. Oh well, I still have a few days to meet my goal for the week.
Day 5: Elliptical @ higher intensity (either 1 hour or 1 1/2)

Goal: 1 hour at the gym at least 4x this week
Today was my 4th day at the gym this week (I had the day off so I squeezed in some "me" time) and I was there over an hour.
I did treadmill, situps, med ball situps, exercise ball resistance situps, weight machines, stepper and new (HARD OMG) leg/butt exercises with heavier leg weights. I swear if my saddlebags don't start getting smaller I'm going to hurt someone! ;)

Eliptical 30 min higher intensity add bike 30 min and continue on legs t-th do min of 100 situps m-f rest on sat and sun eat less carbs!!!!
This morning I took my pedometer and found that I didnt do as well as I thought yesterday. it was about 1 mile short. So today with the pedometer I made sure that I ran 3.5 Plus i actually ran all 3 days as planned. Last week I ran 2 days and walked 1. Not sure if I will wake up in the am and do it on my off day. we will see. also forgot to do situps this morning ran out of time. I have to say pushing myself xtra this week has made me real tired. I have had to take a nap each day that I have ran. But too Im not getting to bed until late either.
I agree if something doesnt happen to my wings and thighs Im gonna scream!!!! I was hoping not to have to look into ps but Im rethinking that now. I will try to wait another yr though to see how nature takes its course. Have a great weekend yall
