Thanks Reneka, I got a late start today. My Goal: Exercise 4 days for 1 hour. Progress: Day 1: Elliptical 30 minutes, Walking 30 minutes Day 2: Elliptical 25 minutes, Walking 35 minutes Day 3: BREAK My stomach muscles are so sore. I think it is from holding in my stomach while I walk. I hope that helps it to go down. All of you are really doing well. Keep up the good work. Shanell

I am aiming for 5 days of excercise. Day 1 I did 1 hour aerobics and pilates. Day 2 I had 1 hr weight training. Day 3 will be a repeat of day 1. Day 4 and 5 will be 1 hr of weight training each day. My weight training routine has been increased in intensity in hopes of reducing the batwings and saggy thighs that are more noticable since I have lost so much weight. My butt is being kicked royally.

Day 3 I did it I actually did it!!!! I ran 2 miles without stopping then walked another mile to cool down! Never in my life did I ever think that I would be excited about running. Or exercising for that matter. now if I could only get my husband to exercise! Thanks for the accountability! Leann 235/143/125

Today I did 30 minutes treadmill, 10 UBE, and 10 stepper, so I met my cardio goal. I also did my leg weights and new exercises to work on my saddlebags that just keep creeping down lower and lower. Christine

Day 3 - I was going to go to the gym for 45 minutes of cardio, but opted to take my 8 year old granddaughter to a water park for the day instead. We climbed all of the water slides and braved the wave pool and stayed from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. I was just too tired to go to the gym. We only stopped once for lunch. Does that count??? Diane C.

Goal for the week: 4 days of at least 45 minutes of activity (I'm on the road until Wednesday, so I may as well be realistic) Monday: Walked 2+ miles in downtown Chicago, plus spent 11 hours on my feet at the trade show. My hip joints are achy. Tuesday: Walked 1.5 miles at lunch and 2 miles at dinner, plus spent another 10+ hours on my feet.
