HI All
I see all of you out there. Keep those bodies moving!!!!
My Goal:
Exercise 4 days for 1 hour.
Progress:
Day 1: Elliptical 30 minutes, Walking 30 minutes
Day 2: Elliptical 25 minutes(done), will walking during my breaks today
I found out the hard way that I HAVE to wake up early in order to work out on the elliptical. It's been so hot in California and working out in the evenings is no fun. But this is better, since I get to a chance to finish half of my routine early in the morning.

Goal: M-F 30 minutes on the recumbent bike and 20 minute weight circuit alternating days of leg workout with arm workout....
Day 1: met goal
Day 2: 30 mins on bike, 15 mins on weights (arms don't take as long as legs apparently)
And yes, I'm a really early riser to get my exercise in! I'm usually in the gym at work by 4:15.....
Ok first of all I had my doctor appt this morning and all my numbers were excellent. All in the normal range. yeh me!!!!
I have officiall lost 106 lbs.
now for my chanllange yesterday I went for a 30 min walk and today I will go on another as soon as it cools down a little outside, it is about 90 out there right now.
So after supper I'll either go for a walk or a bike ride. You all are doing great on your excercises I'm so proud of you. keep it up.

Goal for the week: 4 days of at least 45 minutes of activity (I'm on the road until Wednesday, so I may as well be realistic)
Completed Monday: Walked 2+ miles in downtown Chicago, plus spent 11 hours on my feet at the trade show. My hip joints are achy.
Completed Tuesday: Walked 1.5 miles at lunch and 2 miles at dinner, plus spent another 10+ hours on my feet. Thank God I just need to manuever my way through airports tomorrow. I haven't been in a cab since Sunday...just walking everywhere I can.
Blessings from Chicago,
Jennifer

ALRIGHT!!
I know I said last week I was going to DO THIS.... It's Wednesday and I'm getting serious. I'm getting off work early today, running a few errands, and then I'm coming home to walk for 45 minutes, some UP HILL!
I did go on a rigorous walk Sunday while out at my dad's house in the country.
When am I ever going to get to the point of NOT hating to exercise??
Thanks everyone, for being here! It really helps!!
Hugs,
Tammy
