Day 1: No Excuse Exercise Challenge

Hi All Let's get this challenge started. My Goal: Exercise 4 days for 1 hour. I plan on walking for 30 minutes and using the elliptical for 30 minutes. What are your goals for the week? Shanell

I walk 4 miles m-w-f(walked this morning already) my goal is to try to run 1-2 of those miles instead of walking. t-th eliptical 30 min 1 hr weights goal I want to add some biking or something to help my legs loose some inches(my problem area) been on a plateau for a month weight loss wise. it stinks with 18 lbs to goal!!! I wanted to lose it by the time I went to see inlaws but its just not happening. Im going to do a food diary to see whats up! Any suggestions? Leann 235/143/125 goal

My goal for the week... Do NOT skimp on my cardio...get my 20 minutes on the boring treadmill in each time I go to the gym, and make sure I up my stepper time and rate and keep it up...no making it easier when I'm close to being done and exhausted. Also to make sure I do my free arm weights at least twice and to have my partner give me more resistance on our ab exercises. Today...I managed all this. I did my entire cardio AND weight AND ball routine...2 days worth of stuff in 2 hours. Christine

Goal for the week: 4 days of at least 45 minutes of activity (I'm on the road until Wednesday, so I may as well be realistic) Completed on Monday: Walked 2+ miles in downtown Chicago, plus spent 11 hours on my feet at the trade show. My goals for the week: Swim laps for one hour five days this week, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday. So far I've done both Sunday and Monday. (And my hair is paying the price!) Sally
