Hi all,
Don't forget about the exercise challenge. We are starting tomorrow, Monday (7/24) and ending Sunday (7/30).
Remember, you set your goal for the week and just report everyday. Everyday I will post a message titled "No Excuse Exercise Challenge Day 1, Day2, etc...". Then you will post your progress so far. It's that simple.
This is just another way to encourage one another, so that we can ultimately reach our goals.
I look forward to chatting with all of you this week.

Boy am I glad I checked in...lol. I am ready for the "No Excuses Exercise Challenge". I was just pondering my stall the past few days and decided that I've come so far, I'm not letting this be my final weight.My scale hasn't moved in over a month... so I have to start exercising again. And cut out the carbs/sweets that I do not need. So, sign me up! I'll be ready tomorrow!

I too have stalled, but I'm ready to move forward. I actually need new batteries for my scale. I haven't weighed myself in about a week. So, I pray it hasn't gone up. I'll find out tomorrow once I buy some batteries. I truly believe exercising will get the scale moving again.
