Hi all, Don't forget about the exercise challenge. We are starting tomorrow, Monday (7/24) and ending Sunday (7/30). Remember, you set your goal for the week and just report everyday. Everyday I will post a message titled "No Excuse Exercise Challenge Day 1, Day2, etc...". Then you will post your progress so far. It's that simple. This is just another way to encourage one another, so that we can ultimately reach our goals. I look forward to chatting with all of you this week. Shanell

let me hurry up and eat the last piece of pizza before tommorw! I really need to step it up. If somebody had of seen what I have been eating I would be in trouble, Anyway, tommorw will be a new beginning. Reneka

Between the exercise challenge on this board and the protein train on BAF, this is going to be a long week. You better believe I've been eating a little bit of everything this whole weekend. LOL Tomorrow is truly a new beginning. Shanell

I'm doing the protein train too, just have no idea what I will be eating, I know that it will not be ice cream and bread and anything sweet....What a long week! Reneka

Boy am I glad I checked in...lol. I am ready for the "No Excuses Exercise Challenge". I was just pondering my stall the past few days and decided that I've come so far, I'm not letting this be my final weight. My scale hasn't moved in over a month... so I have to start exercising again. And cut out the carbs/sweets that I do not need. So, sign me up! I'll be ready tomorrow! Jacki k from PA 283/185/170ish

Thanks for joining the challenge!!! I too have stalled, but I'm ready to move forward. I actually need new batteries for my scale. I haven't weighed myself in about a week. So, I pray it hasn't gone up. I'll find out tomorrow once I buy some batteries. I truly believe exercising will get the scale moving again. Shanell
