Hi All,
Is anyone interested in starting this again? I was thinking we could start on Monday, July 24. This should give us (me) enough time to get my mind right.
The rules are simple. Just post what your goals are for the week and let us know how you are doing each day.
Let me know if you are ready for the challenge.

I'm in on the challenge...I post on the main board each time I work out, so I can just do it here too with others who are in my WLS time frame
My gym is doing a summer challenge to win a free month, so I'm already working out extra to try for that, this will just give me extra incentive!

I've missed my pals here on the Nov 2005 board too... and I'm up for the challenge. With the weight loss slowing down, I KNOW I've got to increase my exercise to lose down to my goal! Exercise has ALWAYS been an issue for me!!!!! I'd love to hear HOW everyone plans to exercise, other than going to a gym. I've been walking, but it's sooo horribly hot out this week, I just can't get out side. I've still got at least another 50 pounds to go...
