New Name & Picture...

Hi All, I'm Shanell, formally known as "Diva in Training". It's been a while, but I had to stop by and say "Hi". Life has taken me on a rollercoaster ride, but I made it through. Weight lost updates: I'm down 107 pounds. I can wear 16 or 18, depending on the material. I used to wear a size 28. My shoe size went from a 9 to an 8. Wow Moments: I can actually ride any rollercoaster, with no problems. I rode an airplane without having to lift the armrest for more room. I can share so much more, but I have to get back to work. Is anybody up for a "No Excuse Exercise Challenge", starting Monday? Let me know. Shanell Formally "Diva In Training"

I am down about 94 lb and I feel amazing. i cant remember when i felt this good. its been ages. congrats on your awsome loss of 107 thats fantastic. good luck to you both. Carla

I am down 96 since surgery and feel fantastic! I want to go on a roller coaster too! Actually, I told my husband today that I wanted to go horse back riding. Haven't been able to go for 21 years! Janna B.
