100 Pounds gone forever

I posted this on the main messageboard....but....wanted to celebrate with my November surgey group....I will be 8 months out July 4th and as of this morning I have lost 100 pounds with 30-40 more to be lost. If I never lose another pound I will thank the Lord forever....I am sooooo happy and have so much more self confidence.

Im so proud of you... this is great news and reason to celebrate I am right behind you even though i had surgery first. I am right at 90 lb now and like you said if i never lose another pound i am so happy with what is gone. This is wonderful news I too have lost 100 lbs. It is such a wonderful feeling isn't it. You said the same thing that I said at one of my support group meetings. That if I never lose another lb I will be happy, allthough another 20-30 would be nice. I have been on a stall now for a few weeks so it is disappointing but I'm ok with it. I just need to pick up on my excersize again. I really love the new me. I'm happy for you too and all the losers on here "go november people" Betty
