What did we eat today???

I really cant get much in soups,jello,a bite of a taco,grape,pringles,coffee,water,fish stick,mashed potatoes, used to have cheese now it gets stuck cant have any meats like chicken,pork beef. Is this the same for you? I have been stuck for 5 weeks. Started at 350 lost 29 before sugery . Surgery weight 321 now stuck at 237-240 back and forth I go. I have talked to the dietician she wants my calories at 900 not 400 and I have started walking 3 miles a day everyday that started 2 weeks ago still no loss. How has yours been?
So 84 pounds lost in 7 months is this the norm?

1 cup chunks of water melon
Lunch
3 oz tuna
1tbls low fat mayo
1 tsp relish
1 moz stick
1 cup chunks of watermelon
Drinks
16 oz sugar free tang
80 oz plain water
I will be going to Applebee's for dinner and I'm looking at their weigh****cher's confetti chicken or cajun lime tilapia. Both of them sound GREAT

Yesterday, I was home from work, so a little different that usual work day:
Breakfast:
1 mug of coffee with lite creamer and equal
1 slice of lite, wheat bread toasted with 2 oz cheddar cheese melted on top
Mid AM:
1 mug of coffee with lite creamer and equal
1 slice of lite, wheat breat toasted with "I can't believe it's not butter"
Lunch:
6" Italian BMT from Subway on Oregano/Cheese bread, toasted, with lettuce and tomato... I ate all the meat and veggies but only about half the bread
1/2 package of baked lays chips (first time I tried these)
Afternoon:
protein shake
Dinner:
1 Chicken soft taco with grilled chicken, cheese, lettuce, and a dab of sour cream. (did not finish all the tortilla)
2 grilled shrimp (off my daughter's plate)
Late evening:
8-10 Apple Cinnamon flavored soy crisps
Also had 5-6 glasses of water and crystal lite
PS: I don't normally have such a CARB-filled day! Yesterday was unusually heavy on the carbs!

I'm posting again on what I had yesterday because it's truly more of a representative of how I usually eat.
AM: Protein Delight protein drink with 8 oz lactaid skim milk
Early lunch: 1 chicken thigh, skin removed, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup salad with Good Seasons dressing (oil and vinegar)
Afternoon: 2 oz sliced cheddar cheese, 10 apple-cinnamon soy crisps
Dinner: Italian sausage (turkey) sauteed with onions and bell peppers
Snack: Slim Bear ice cream (no sugar added, low fat Klondike)
