Have any of you had icecream yet?
1st off - wow, you look freakin amazing. Keep it up!
Going out for ice cream has always been DH and I's "thing". Literally 3x a week we'd make a run to the local ice cream shop. Now that the weather is getting warmer (1st summer since surg) i'm still craving the trips - only when we get ice cream, I get horribly sick EVEN WITH no sugar added kiddy cones. It's absolutely AWFUL and getting horribly sick from ice cream still doesn't cure the cravings. In other words, oh boy do I feel your pain. Try getting a no sugar added, low fat or fat free ice cream. If that doesn't work, popsicles have been a lifesaver for me.

I had a bite of PB pie the other night to my amazment didnt get sick...scary!!!
so Im wondering what Icecream will do???
Okso is there a Cumberland Farms near you? Or anyone else? Thats where hubby will go...what to get????

I had 1/2 cup of the now sugar added Ben 7 Jerry's Vanilla Choc. Chunk. I did not get sick, but have had some really nast gas since then (and it has been a few days!). I do not dare try the regular stuff-with my luck, i would not get sick & then I would never again be able to resist.
There are some new sugar free popscicles though that rock--diet dr. pepper & diet A & W root beer flavored in the same box (diet orange crush too, but I don't like orange)

No sugar added, low fat Slim Bears... they're made by Klondike and usually right next to the Klondike bars. They do have the gasy effect due to the alcohol sugars, but they take care of the ice cream cravings for me... and no dumping.
Also, I've tried the one bite thing without too much problem. Have learned that ONE bite might not effect me, but more than 3 and whoooo hoooo. That's when I developed my "3 bite rule." Whenever I'm in a situation that's special (birthday, wedding, etc.) I allow myself up to 3 bites of food I wouldn't ordinarily eat. Now, I'm not talking about MOUTH FULL bites, just normal bites. A couple of times I've decided my choice wasn't WORTH 3 bites, so I stopped at 1.
I do dump, but don't think my system is as sensitive as other's I've ready about.

hey, you look GREAT!!! i crave sweets when i am pmsing too. i ususally go to the tropical smoothie cafe and have a small protien smoothie (chocolate and banana). or i get the sugar free chocolate covered toffee squares from rusell stovers. thank god for sugar free candy LOL!!
