Poll Question
I have lost 80 pounds. I only have 23 to go until my doctor's goal. I have been struggling with stalls and only losing 4-5 pounds since my 5 and 6 months. I have upped my protein, water and trying to exercise. I always heard the last few pounds are the hardest to lose. I am hoping to lose another 23 to make it a total of 103 pounds. But it is rough, I will not give up though, just continue to do what I am doing and knowing that it will pay off in the end. I also haven't tried the plateau buster diet. I may in the future.

I'm down 102 lbs!
I haven't had to try the plateau buster's diet yet, but like others have posted when the scale hasn't moved in a week or so, I up my water and protein and shake up my exercise routine.... Yes, it's hard but it's all part of the deal....
if we can do it, you can do it!
Or as the old ad said JUST DO IT!
I just posted an overall update, but to continue this one... I've lost 105 pounds as of my doctor's visit yesterday. I don't own a scale and therefore, don't worry about plateaus. I've noticed slow downs from time to time, but keep plugging along, doin' what I'm supposed to be doin' and it's working. My feeling is this is not a race it's a lifestyle change and there's a constant
I have not been on the plateau buster diet, but have read from folks who have and had success on it.
Good luck!
