what are we eating?
Bethany;
I hear ya sister! I've been going through this phase of why bother chewing anything because I'm not going to feel great after eating it and it's just not the perfect fuel for my body. So, today, I had a Profect test tube for breakfast, a decaf iced tea with Profect for lunch, some soy nuts for an afternoon snack, and for dinner, 5 chicken and cheese ravioli with homemade pesto (only 2 tbsp of olive oil in the entire recipe) and some strawberries with Splenda on them.
I need to get better about eating. I'm out of town next week for work and I always struggle when I'm away from home. I need to make sure I get my energy up enough this week to carry me through the trip.
Blessings,
Jennifer

Chicken, shrimp, tilapia, flounder, green vegies, 12 grain bread (1 slice once a week, sometimes twice), berries if I crave fruit, cottage cheese, cheese, protein shakes, avocado, salad and multi grain pasta occassionally. Had brown rice for the first time tonight with chicken.
Mainly though, it's the fish, cheese, or grilled chicken for dinner, protein shake for breakfast and cheese if I remember to eat lunch. Still struggling to make it over 600 calories on a good day.

I'm right there with you on the food rut. I so am not into eating and now I don't even want to cook, which isn't fair to the family. (Actually we were without a kitchen for a week due to home repairs so we ordered in nightly, so maybe I got spoiled?!) Most nights I'd rather go to the gym through dinner than sit and force myself to eat. Unfortunately, not eating doesn't have the same effect on my weight loss as you!
I am so sick of my yogurt for snacks that I rediscovered cottage cheese...not a favorite. But if I put some SF jello or SF jam in it, I actually kind of enjoy it. I also started nosing through the recipe boards here for ideas. There are some good ones, I just need to get the ambition to cook again.
Good luck!
