What do you eat daily?

I am running out of food choices! I have very little if any time for cooking. What are some of the things you eat. I cannot tolerate red meat or cheese. Any suggestions?

I don't cook at all and my husband travels about 2 weeks each month. Following are my staple foods. I don't necessarily eat these things on a daily basis, but this is my basic list of foods (minus red meat and cheese) that I eat on at least a twice weekly basis: boneless, skinless chicken breasts (you can get this at almost any restaurant) tuna steak (you can get this at nicer restaurants) refried beans (you can get these at Taco Bell anywhere in America, just order them without the cheese) almonds soy nuts protein powder mixed with high-protein lactose-free "milk" Power Crunch bars Pure Protein bars SF popsicles I will occasionally eat the following: an egg roll (baked not fried) edamame I don't eat these things, but have you tried: cottage cheese low-carb yogurt peanut butter turkey breast (my husband loves the Boar's Head Peppered Turkey Breast available at some grocery deli counters) I know I eat more diverse foods than this, but I depend on cheese a lot, and I took anything with cheese in it off this list. Thanks! That gives me some ideas for sure! Peanut butter seems to get stuck and then it makes me sick for a few hours, I guess it's the sugar? I didn't even think of cottage cheese- yum! Baked egg roll? where do you get that at?

ok these are the items that I eat. Turkey or chicken roll ups This is my own concotion it is sliced turkey with pesto sauce ( buy it pre made in jar) take roasted red peppers in a jar slice them up and put them on the meat and roll them up like a egg roll. I have aslo done this with salsa and guacamole. I try tomake sure if i do have fats inmy food they are the good fats and not in lare amounts. Also I eat the Hormel Ham salad kits for lunch they are th eright size I am full after I am done. For breakfast turkey sausage of the brown and serve package with sugar free syrup. I love crunch bars and Nutz over chocolate LUNA protein bars. Try refried beans with salsa When I do cook rubbermais has very small containers and I will cook a meal as usual then seperate it into my current meal size of my pouch and then freeze the rest. Chicken with black bean sauce and green beans Pork tenderloin with a mango salsa. I have really gotten into exotic and bold flavors and sauces for my foods. I browse the sauce adn seasonings isle looking for new ideas all the time. Amy 304/220/185

Today for breakfast, I tried the new, SB frozen breakfast wraps. 200 calories and 19g protein. It was good, and easy to make in the microwave. I also like, tuna with ff mayo on saltines. You might try some shrimp or some Wendy's chili.
