Topic: Binder Question
Hi All, I was just reading a profile and she spoke about wearing a binder. I am at the point where I would like to look into this. Here lies the question... I often have a rash under my "Apron" stomach. So, how can you wear a binder and not encourage this problem? Any advice would be most appreciated. Lizzi

Thank you! the smallest ring I've ever worn was a size 8 so this 7.5 thrills me! I still got short lil fat hands though.. Ok looked at them again, making mental note, *keep nails long*

I take a pilates class at the gym.. it is fantastic... It is not that hard, but you feel the workout in your core abdominals, mostly. Some positions take a few weeks to be able to move into, but you will. It is fantastic! Good luck!

Hiya Debi, Congrats on 100 lbs gone forever!! I too just hit the century mark yesterday, including the 8 lbs I lost prior to surgery. From what Tee says I guess those lbs prior count. I wonder where we get the graphic to put in out profile and who we contact about being century club members. Again, congrats!! Keep up the good work! God bless you and keep you, ~Andrea

Hiya Carol, Congratulations on your awesome weight loss! I know what you mean about the me that was already inside - I feel that way too - I was always me but maybe people just couldnt see me behind the fat or something, lol. About smaller clothes, from what I can see, juniors arent necessarily smaller. A size 7 juniors corresponds to an 8 misses, I think, but they are trendier, maybe cut snugger. I guess from a 4 you'll have to go to a 2 and then a 0!! Congrats again and keep up the good work! God bless you and keep you, ~Andrea

Hi Deb, We have the same surgery date. You look great. Isn't this the greatest thing. I would have never believed to be this thin ever. And yes you do count in the century club! Tee
